With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anier Oinatz in the 4th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Ashton saved Wangari Maathai Forest from getting behind. 4 minutes into the game, Anier Oinatz lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated David Ashton. When Brommapojkarna BK's Anier Oinatz in the 7th minute got a chance for a shot 7th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wangari Maathai Forest's goalie prevented a goal. David Ashton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anier Oinatz in the 10th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Wangari Maathai Forest's goal looked a bit too open when Ryan Chai came free, but David Ashton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Kristian Skark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute Mark Horton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Herman Häll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Brommapojkarna BK's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Horton came free, but Herman Häll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Anier Oinatz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Ashton was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Kaj Dahlberg hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Herman Häll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Andrews, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. George Billing hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Brommapojkarna BK's goalkeeper Herman Häll, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice moves Anier Oinatz could shoot a difficult shot in the 46th minute, which David Ashton however easily saved by the left post. Anier Oinatzs short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got David Ashton to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mark Horton stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, Brommapojkarna BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harald Berggren to maneuver through the defense. 53 minutes into the match, Brommapojkarna BK's goalkeeper Herman Häll had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wayne Longman. In the 57th minute Ryan Chai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Ashton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 72 minutes, John Taylor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wangari Maathai Forest and the Brommapojkarna BK players grew even worse after the yellow card. David Ashton stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anier Oinatz's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. 93 minutes into the match, Brommapojkarna BK's goal looked a bit too open when Spencer Jenkins came free, but Herman Häll reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roy Smith fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herman Häll having to interfere.
