In the 16th minute, Jimeno Oxel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deportivo Balvanera fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 19 minutes into the match, Bendito Sea El Fernet's goalkeeper Tomás Maule had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimeno Oxel. 20 minutes into the match, Sixto Belasko notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule. Tomás Maule was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Hugo Eguntsenti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ciro Gombal was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Jimeno Oxel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Tomás Maule made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Sixto Belasko took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Tomás Maule to make any attempt to save it. In the last second Tomás Maule throw himself and got hold of the ball when Sixto Belasko in the 47thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sixto Belasko made a kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Jeronimo Bertin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bendito Sea El Fernet's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Deportivo Balvanera the free kick. In the 56th minute, Jeronimo Bertin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 58 minutes, Marcial Rosio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bendito Sea El Fernet and the Deportivo Balvanera players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sixto Belasko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Tomás Maule tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deportivo Balvanera's Joaquin Nofre was substituted for Jimeno Oxel. Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro López in the 75th minute of play. After having played for 77 minutes, Joaquin Nofre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Deportivo Balvanera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joaquin Nofre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Deportivo Balvanera's Sixto Belasko in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Deportivo Balvanera's Ciro Gombal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Balvanera from getting a goal against them. Sixto Belasko scored 6-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tomás Maule, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
