Real Sociedad's defense didn't have a chance, in the 3rd minute, when Ovidio Giraldo scored to the left of an out of position Ibrahim Hermand, making the score, 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Internet XAire's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Dillies came free, but Saul Martxel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Internet XAire's Manuel Dayam got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute, Santos Astigar reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ibrahim Hermand. The goal made the score 2-0. After 29th play minutes Igor Dillies shot 2-1, a short shot which went by Saul Martxel and just under the crossbar into goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Manuel Dayam managed to get in a good position for a shot. Internet XAire's supporters rose to their feet, but Manuel Dayam was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ibrahim Hermand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35thth minute of the game Igor Dillies who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Internet XAire's Saul Martxel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Igor Dillies hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Saul Martxel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Dillies in the 42nd minute of the match. After 44 played minutes Real Sociedad got a freekick which was hit by Edmond Antigny. Saul Martxel came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Sociedad's Igor Dillies. But to his dismay, Igor Dillies quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Ferdinand Baudrier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Martxel having to interfere. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Internet XAire! In the 60th minute there was a penalty for Real Sociedad. Igor Dillies stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Saul Martxel. 2-3. Saul Martxel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Dillies in the 64th minute of play. Saul Martxel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Igor Dillies showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 67 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmond Antigny got free with Saul Martxel in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Real Sociedad made a substitution. Ulysse Bazire replaced Edmond Antigny. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Internet XAire's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Thomas Bellegarde was slow to take the kick. During this time Real Sociedad's players had a chance to rest. After 86 played minutes Internet XAire got a freekick which was hit by Evelio Acuña. Evelio Acuña got a throw-in 89 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Santos Astigar. 91 minutes into the game, Igor Dillies recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Saul Martxel. Igor Dillies showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-5. After a rather tough play, Real Sociedad's Geoffroy Soullard got a free kick in the 94th minute. After having played for 96 minutes, Hipolito Cai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Internet XAire's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hipolito Cai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 98th match minute, Real Sociedad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Bellegarde to maneuver through the defense. The Real Sociedad players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
