Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Jim Mitchell kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Alcorcón A.D.A's goal looked a bit too open when Jim Mitchell came free, but Dida Ramalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Alcorcón A.D.A's zone, Jim Mitchell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dida Ramalho came out of the goal and Jim Mitchell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience cheered when Mathew Gunter's long shot passed Dida Ramalho's right side. It was 0-1, 13 minutes into the match. Christopher Love made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Unai Roca sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Margaret Atwood Impact's goalkeeper Christopher Love, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jim Mitchell took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dida Ramalho. Dida Ramalho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 24th minute, Unai Roca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alcorcón A.D.A fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Michael Dalton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Alcorcón A.D.A getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Ulises Pedriza hit a great ball. A collision led to Margaret Atwood Impact getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Mathew Gunter hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the game, Korbin Mathis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alcorcón A.D.A's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Margaret Atwood Impact the free kick. Dida Ramalho had in the 47thth minute some difficulties stopping Jim Mitchell's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Dida Ramalho came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Margaret Atwood Impact's Jim Mitchell. But to his dismay, Jim Mitchell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Unai Roca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Unai Roca in the 52nd minute of play forced Margaret Atwood Impact's goalkeeper Christopher Love to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Margaret Atwood Impact booed when Alcorcón A.D.A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Korbin Mathis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jim Mitchell took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dida Ramalho. Alcorcón A.D.A's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Margaret Atwood Impact's goal looked a bit too open when Unai Roca came free, but Christopher Love reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 61 minutes into the match, Dani López had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Christopher Love. Margaret Atwood Impact's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dani López was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Unai Roca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Michael Dalton could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Dida Ramalho made a huge save. In the 70th minute, Unai Roca made a precise shot to the right of Christopher Love. Margaret Atwood Impact's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. 73 minutes into the match, Alcorcón A.D.A's goalkeeper Dida Ramalho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jim Mitchell. Christopher Love took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Unai Roca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Michael Dalton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Unai Roca blasted a shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christopher Love having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Margaret Atwood Impact's zone, Pierre Fankhauser stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christopher Love came out of the goal and Pierre Fankhauser tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
