In the 7th minute Lucian Stere shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Best Miner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the game, Simula Miner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Steaua Pildesti the free kick. After 14 played minutes CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM got a freekick which was hit by Simula Miner. Best Miner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zygmunt Dunajski in the 15th minute of play. CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Best Miner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zygmunt Dunajski in the 21st minute of play. Pavel Nacu was a little too slow when Beat Miner got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Dunajski in the 27th minute of play forced CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's goalkeeper Best Miner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Simula Miner kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Zygmunt Dunajski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Best Miner was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Zygmunt Dunajski made the kick off in the second half. Silviu Agachi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 51st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Pavel Nacu. FC Steaua Pildesti's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nistor Costandache during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM made a substitution. After some careless play in the FC Steaua Pildesti defense, Popcorn Miner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pavel Nacu. The FC Steaua Pildesti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pavel Nacu should have stopped the shot. CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Best Miner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Best Miner got control of the ball when Lucian Stere tried to sneak it across the goal line. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when FC Steaua Pildesti's Nistor Costandache in the 82nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Best Miner was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM through an amazing save. After 84 minutes, Popcorn Miner made it 3-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC Steaua Pildesti's Pavel Nacu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 89th play minute Lucian Stere came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Best Miner. 3-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolae Barbu got free with Best Miner in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Best Miner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zygmunt Dunajski in the 93rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Popcorn Miner's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pavel Nacu was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. Nicolae Barbu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Best Miner made a huge save. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
