The supporters of Bendito Sea El Fernet booed when Memphis Grizzlies was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miles Rocastle didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute, Eric Choupo-Moting ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomás Maule was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Eric Choupo-Moting took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomás Maule. Eric Choupo-Moting took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomás Maule. Tomás Maule dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Callum Atkins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nereo Garaile went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, Memphis Grizzlies's Miles Rocastle got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Nereo Garaile got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 45th minute, Nereo Garaile made a precise shot to the right of Callum Atkins. Memphis Grizzlies's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Danny Clegg to strike the kick off in the second half. Tomás Maule was a little too slow when Eric Choupo-Moting got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 2-5. Jamal Musiala was slow to take the kick. During this time Memphis Grizzlies's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Jamal Musiala almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bendito Sea El Fernet's Tomás Maule did a great save. When Hugo Eguntsenti came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Bendito Sea El Fernet fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hugo Eguntsenti couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Choupo-Moting in the 71st minute of play forced Bendito Sea El Fernet's goalkeeper Tomás Maule to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bendito Sea El Fernet's goalkeeper Tomás Maule, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
