After a rather tough play, Shark FC - FSCMZ's Raphael Ceresso got a free kick in the 5th minute. 6 minutes into the game, Dorian Neto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Augusto Tróia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 9 minutes into the match, Shark FC - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Lauro Sarmento came free, but Augusto Tróia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute Afonso Vargas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Shark FC - FSCMZ booed when Vae Victis!! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oswaldo Brasil didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute of the match Afonso Vargas sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral skillfully saved the ball. Tiago Gabriel Cabral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustavo Costa in the 20th minute of the match. A collision led to Vae Victis!! getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Rodolfo Fernandes hit a great ball. In the 24th minute of the match Afonso Vargas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jorginho Urbano hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Hugo Jacinto shot from long distance in the 26th minute, but Augusto Tróia was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. Nuno da Costa struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Tiago Gabriel Cabral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shark FC - FSCMZ. If Alberto Lucas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute of the match, Hugo Jacinto got a very nice opportunity to score, but Augusto Tróia was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Shark FC - FSCMZ's Afonso Vargas got a free kick in the 39th minute. Nuno da Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nuno da Costa during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Shark FC - FSCMZ booed when Vae Victis!! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorian Neto didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dorian Neto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Délio Tasso charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Délio Tasso the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 51 played minutes Vae Victis!! got a freekick which was hit by Délio Tasso. In the 58th minute, Lauro Sarmento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augusto Tróia was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 60th match minute, Vae Victis!! was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Fernandes to maneuver through the defense. Vae Victis!! made a substitution. Falcão Garcia replaced Dorian Neto. Vae Victis!!'s Natã Terra was substituted for Délio Tasso. After 62 played minutes Vae Victis!! got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Fernandes. In the 69th minute, Jorginho Urbano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 70 played minutes Shark FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Jorginho Urbano. The audience was convinced that Alberto Lucas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Augusto Tróia was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Shark FC - FSCMZ's Afonso Vargas got a free kick in the 73rd minute. In the 78th minute Vitório Pimenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Tróia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuno da Costa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tiago Gabriel Cabral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. A collision led to Shark FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Afonso Vargas hit a great ball. Shark FC - FSCMZ's Augusto Tróia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitório Pimenta in the 83rd minute of play. When Nuno da Costa came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Shark FC - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nuno da Costa couldn't finish the play. Pablo Sharkin made in the 93rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Gustavo Costa. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Vae Victis!! fans cheered their team off the field, for while Shark FC - FSCMZ had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
