With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jânio Furlan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Jebo Kara sped through Guará FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jânio Furlan. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jebo Kara in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jânio Furlan saved Guará FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Jebo Kara's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jânio Furlan was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. Jânio Furlan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jebo Kara in the 89th minute of the match.
