An annoying self made goal, 2-1. Henrique Medeiros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Eztebe having to interfere. Bruno Renan made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Aureliano Karlo sent off a good shot on target. 31 minutes into the match, Marquês de Herval's Alfredo Martins sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roberto Eztebe narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 32nd minute of the match Marquês de Herval got a corner. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Betão dos Santos ran over to the corner to take the kick. Betão dos Santos made a great header on Marquês de Herval's corner, it was just that Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Roberto Eztebe managed to reach the ball for a save. 35 minutes into the match, Marquês de Herval's goalkeeper Bruno Renan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aureliano Karlo. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Aureliano Karlo got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Roberto Eztebe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Martins in the 47th minute of play.

Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ made a substitution. Julien Staffelbach replaced Aureliano Karlo. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julien Staffelbach was the one to do the kick off. Ⓕⓤⓢⓘⓞⓝ ⒻⒸ's Wojciech Fiszer quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Almir Loureiro, made in the 54th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Betão dos Santos got free with Roberto Eztebe in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alfredo Martins's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roberto Eztebe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Julien Staffelbach's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bruno Renan was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Roberto Eztebe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Martins in the 87th minute of the match.
