In the 6thth minute of the game Silviu Novac who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skövde AIK's Karl-Erik Norström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Östen Hedin put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Karl-Erik Norström. Brazilio Butt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chen Ao Fan in the 18th minute of the match. Karl-Erik Norström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ralf Dalman in the 19th minute. Karl-Erik Norström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Dalman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Östen Hedin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chen Ao Fan might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Brazilio Butt. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chen Ao Fan ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Östen Hedin in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Erik Norström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 31 minutes into the match, DIF LEEDS BK's goal looked a bit too open when Chen Ao Fan came free, but Brazilio Butt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Erik Norström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralf Dalman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, DIF LEEDS BK's goalkeeper Brazilio Butt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chen Ao Fan. In the 92nd minute Ralf Dalman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Norström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Skövde AIK's Karl-Erik Norström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanek Bobrowski in the 94th minute of play. The Skövde AIK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
