After 14 minutes, Silviu Novac made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Villa Gordiani's Iker Casillas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tanek Bobrowski hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 20 minutes into the match, DIF LEEDS BK's goal looked a bit too open when Fabrizio Canzano came free, but Brazilio Butt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silviu Novac who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Iker Casillas when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dennis Johnsson kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Brazilio Butt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabrizio Canzano, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Iker Casillas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Östen Hedin in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute DIF LEEDS BK were awarded a corner. Mei Jie Feng went to the cornerflag to take it. Brazilio Butt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otang Irawan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Villa Gordiani's Iker Casillas got control of the ball when Silviu Novac tried to sneak it across the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, DIF LEEDS BK's Silviu Novac sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iker Casillas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Silviu Novac got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Silviu Novac to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silviu Novac in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. DIF LEEDS BK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
