The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. John Ahlfors's late challenge caught a DIF LEEDS BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pontus Sellberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jean-Pierre Barda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Brazilio Butt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th minute Tanek Bobrowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pontus Sellberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kim Henriksson in the 9th minute of play forced DIF LEEDS BK's goalkeeper Brazilio Butt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Joachim Landin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of DIF LEEDS BK's Brazilio Butt. Brazilio Butt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Pontus Sellberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Östen Hedin's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Silviu Novac's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pontus Sellberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute DIF LEEDS BK were awarded a corner. Mei Jie Feng went to the cornerflag to take it. DIF LEEDS BK's Brazilio Butt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Pierre Barda in the 20th minute of play. Brazilio Butt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kim Henriksson in the 21st minute of the match. 22 minutes into the match, Full Fart Framåt's goal looked a bit too open when Östen Hedin came free, but Pontus Sellberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Östen Hedin did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Pontus Sellberg 23 minutes into the match. Kim Henriksson took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brazilio Butt. Brazilio Butt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 30 minutes into the match, DIF LEEDS BK's goal looked a bit too open when Kim Henriksson came free, but Brazilio Butt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Dalman in the 33rd minute of play forced Full Fart Framåt's goalkeeper Pontus Sellberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42ndth minute of the game Silviu Novac who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Full Fart Framåt's Pontus Sellberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Östen Hedin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pontus Sellberg. That made the score 2-2 in the 44 minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Thanks to some nice moves Benedicto Tadzio could shoot a difficult shot in the 78th minute, which Brazilio Butt however easily saved by the left post. Östen Hedin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Full Fart Framåt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Pontus Sellberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Östen Hedin in the 94th minute of play. The DIF LEEDS BK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Full Fart Framåt were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
