The corner went over the outstretched arms of Protegéerna's goalie and right to 刘德华 Wu. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Protegéerna's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wu Qi in the 23rd minute of play forced Protegéerna's goalkeeper Ingemar Åberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Petter Skarkman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bai Kun De. Protegéerna's Jonny Ånger was substituted for Yasen Súlov. 65 minutes into the match, Samurai's Wu Qi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ingemar Åberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Samurai's goalkeeper Bai Kun De, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Protegéerna's Ingemar Åberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Protegéerna from getting a goal against them. Wu Qi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ingemar Åberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Protegéerna's Petter Skarkman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bai Kun De made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Samurai's Bai Kun De played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhang Gang Bang in the 91st minute of play. In the 95th minute Esbjörn Hultstrand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ingemar Åberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Protegéerna were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Samurai for a fine match.
