Jack Potts's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ubaldo Fillol read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the game, Zack Alderson lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Ubaldo Fillol. Leonardo Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Zaq Talbot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nilmar Camargo in the 31st minute of the match. After 33 minutes, Nilmar Camargo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Green Squad FC and the Ampthill FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zack Alderson in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ubaldo Fillol saved Green Squad FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zack Alderson in the 36th minute of play forced Green Squad FC's goalkeeper Ubaldo Fillol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 38 minutes, Jack Potts mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ampthill FC and the Green Squad FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 39th minute, Jack Potts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zack Alderson was the one to do the kick off. Nilmar Camargos short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Zaq Talbot to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 52nd minute, Joseph Hinshelwood hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zaq Talbot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Barros went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Ubaldo Fillol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jack Potts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amílton do Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. 2-1 became the score in the 74th minute when Zack Alderson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ampthill FC's Jack Potts got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Ampthill FC's Zaq Talbot got control of the ball when Jânio de Almeida tried to sneak it across the goal line.
