Luís Fabiano Cerezo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Artur Félix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Décio Barbosa having to interfere. Hortêncio Fernandes took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Décio Barbosa. Décio Barbosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. A collision led to Microsoft Team getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Roger Guerra hit a great ball. Wilton Nunes hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After the first half Fúria Futebol Clube were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fiori Proença made a kick off. Cafu Tasso hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Ciro Tasso hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Microsoft Team's Hélio da Silveira got a free kick in the 59th minute. Décio Barbosa was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cleiton Mineiro. 66 minutes in the game Cleiton Mineiro did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Artur Félix. Fiori Proença scored 1-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Fabiano Cerezo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th match minute, Microsoft Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cafu Tasso to maneuver through the defense. 79 minutes into the match, Microsoft Team's goalkeeper Décio Barbosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luís Gustavo Carvalho. In the 83rd minute, Fiori Proença made a precise shot to the right of Luís Fabiano Cerezo. Fúria Futebol Clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After having played for 92 minutes, Artur Félix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
