In the 4th minute Guido Vissenaeken shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Lehoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Armando Lehoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Vissenaeken in the 6th minute of play. Guido Vissenaeken might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Lehoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guido Vissenaeken ran back to his position shaking his head. venturinha F.C.'s Armando Lehoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Vissenaeken in the 8th minute of play. Saul Arano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Vítor Baia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind venturinha F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Lehoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Armando Lehoi came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Brugge United's Guido Vissenaeken. But to his dismay, Guido Vissenaeken quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Guido Vissenaeken made a precise shot to the right of Armando Lehoi. venturinha F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Guido Vissenaeken managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brugge United's supporters rose to their feet, but Guido Vissenaeken was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Lehoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vítor Baia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yan de Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ciro Montrelle during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ciro Montrelle kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind venturinha F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Lehoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Brugge United's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jaspar Van Den Broeck in the 33rd minute. After taking down the ball on Brugge United's corner Jaspar Van Den Broeck fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Armando Lehoi quite easily take care of the ball. Armando Lehoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Vissenaeken, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Vítor Baia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Borre in the 39th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Guido Vissenaeken's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Armando Lehoi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. With his leg Armando Lehoi managed to avoid a goal in the 54thth minute, when Brugge United's Guido Vissenaeken fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Vissenaeken got free with Armando Lehoi in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Armando Lehoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guido Vissenaeken in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind venturinha F.C.'s goalkeeper Armando Lehoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 63 minutes had been played when some careless play by venturinha F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Maksim Rilski was slow to take the kick. During this time Brugge United's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Brugge United's corner Maksim Rilski fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Armando Lehoi quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guido Vissenaeken in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Armando Lehoi saved venturinha F.C. from getting behind. After a rather tough play, venturinha F.C.'s Ciro Montrelle got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After some careless play in the venturinha F.C. defense, Guido Vissenaeken kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Armando Lehoi. The venturinha F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Armando Lehoi should have stopped the shot. Guido Vissenaeken could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Armando Lehoi made a huge save. Armando Lehoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guido Vissenaeken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vítor Baia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saul Arano in the 85th minute of the match. venturinha F.C. were awarded a corner in the 88th minute after Brugge United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Zigor Villamor took the corner. venturinha F.C.'s Zigor Villamor was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vítor Baia in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Armando Lehoi was a little too slow when Arnauld Van Impe got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-5. Armando Lehoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arnauld Van Impe in the 92nd minute. Arnauld Van Impes short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Armando Lehoi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Brugge United players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
