After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Steve Hyuga made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Xiboquinha FC's Aílton Carvalho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paolo Pereyra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Betinho Leite came free, but Paolo Pereyra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ernesto Abella kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Xiboquinha FC's zone, Amancio Ricart stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cauan Carvalho came out of the goal and Amancio Ricart tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 90 minutes of play, Xiboquinha FC's Aílton Carvalho made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paolo Pereyra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Xiboquinha FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of ManagerZone Academy for a fine match.
