If Ermegildo Dimas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hélder Meireles hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. In the 29th match minute, KIRICOCHO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Esiquio to maneuver through the defense. Frédson Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Vachon, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hélio Meireles to strike the kick off in the second half. Frédson Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Dimas in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, KIRICOCHO FC's Antonio Vachon got a free kick in the 61st minute. Antonio Vachon kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Frédson Freire didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 68th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. KIRICOCHO FC's Venancio Madaleno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélio Meireles in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to Xiboquinha FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Betão Vinhas hit a great ball. Geronimo Elivareo kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Betão Vinhas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Venancio Madaleno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. Ermegildo Dimas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Frédson Freire made a huge save. Hélder Meireles hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Ermegildo Dimas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Xiboquinha FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. KIRICOCHO FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
