Mauro-Facundo Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piet Goemyne in the 19th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ivan Copil got free with Mauro-Facundo Buffon in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Florian Capasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Xaiver Rosende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Capasso in the 28th minute of play. Merusca F&P's Mauro-Facundo Buffon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Merusca F&P from getting a goal against them. Ivan Copil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro-Facundo Buffon having to interfere. Justinas Aleknavičius kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes Merusca F&P got a freekick which was hit by Fellipe Capixaba. If Ivan Copil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Lithuanian amber's Erlandas Latoža was substituted for Vaidas Ragėnas. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ivan Copil to strike the kick off in the second half. Mauro-Facundo Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piet Goemyne in the 54th minute of the match. Mauro-Facundo Buffon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piet Goemyne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55thth minute of the game Ivan Copil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Merusca F&P's Mauro-Facundo Buffon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 55 minutes, Ivan Copil made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Merusca F&P's Mauro-Facundo Buffon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Merusca F&P's Pedrinho Paranaense got a free kick in the 59th minute. The supporters of Lithuanian amber booed when Merusca F&P was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Meleșcanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xaiver Rosende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hélder Fonseca, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 81st minute, Hélder Fonseca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xaiver Rosende was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 84th minute, Danilo Principe made a precise shot to the right of Xaiver Rosende. Lithuanian amber's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. 87 minutes into the match, Lithuanian amber's goal looked a bit too open when Hélder Fonseca came free, but Xaiver Rosende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lithuanian amber's Xaiver Rosende proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Lithuanian amber from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute, Piet Goemyne ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mauro-Facundo Buffon was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Xaiver Rosende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélder Fonseca in the 94th minute of play. After 95 played minutes Merusca F&P got a freekick which was hit by Kalju Vint. After a rather tough play, Merusca F&P's Li Zhan got a free kick in the 98th minute. Merusca F&P were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Lithuanian amber's much stronger midfield.
