In the 14th minute of the match Canarinho Rondoniano FC got a corner. Palmas Sport Club - FDFDF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Manuel Gabrielli ran over to the corner to take the kick. João Augusto Abreu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Batıkan Tolunbay's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Batıkan Tolunbay in the 20th minute of play forced Palmas Sport Club - FDFDF's goalkeeper João Augusto Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Favoretto in the 23rd minute of play forced Canarinho Rondoniano FC's goalkeeper Abelardo Zubizarreta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abelardo Zubizarreta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arlindo Miranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute Batıkan Tolunbay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abelardo Zubizarreta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Favoretto, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 81st match minute, Palmas Sport Club - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernandinho Pernambucano to maneuver through the defense. Nicolas Favoretto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Abelardo Zubizarreta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th match minute, Canarinho Rondoniano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Quirino to maneuver through the defense.
