Khachatryan's Jermaine Richmond played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eli Fournier in the 36th minute of play. A hard shot 37 in the game by Merlin Castro from a close distance when the talented Craig Velazquez managed to make a qualified save. Misinformed Buffalo's players were relieved. In the 44thth minute of the game Sung McKinley who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Misinformed Buffalo's Craig Velazquez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jermaine Richmond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eli Fournier in the 46th minute of the match. If Merlin Castro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfredo Di Stéfano to make the kick off. Craig Velazquez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. In the 78th minute Merlin Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Craig Velazquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Khachatryan's Merlin Castro in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Merlin Castro sped through Misinformed Buffalo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Craig Velazquez. After 97 played minutes Misinformed Buffalo got a freekick which was hit by Alfredo Di Stéfano. Misinformed Buffalo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
