Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Pedro Morales took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alexander Pérez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Mejias, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Javier Garcia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Frank Mora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The corner ended in Ladislao Asur almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but U21 Panama's Alexander Pérez did a great save. In the 14th minute, Mićo Grande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexander Pérez came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by SAPRIMECKBEL's Alfonso Mejias. But to his dismay, Alfonso Mejias quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The audience was convinced that Virgilio Cespedes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexander Pérez was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Wilfredo Ramirez hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Alexander Pérez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Mejias, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 33rd minute Alfonso Mejias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Pérez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SAPRIMECKBEL's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ladislao Asur in the 34th minute. Norberto de Toledo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 39 minutes into the match, SAPRIMECKBEL's goalkeeper Frank Mora had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Javier Garcia. Alexander Pérez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Cespedes in the 40th minute of the match. Alexander Pérez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio Cespedes, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 45th minute, U21 Panama's Javier Garcia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfonso Mejias was the one to do the kick off. Frank Mora didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cheito Nuñez went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Frank Mora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Javier Garcia in the 56th minute of play. Jaime Quiros in the 58thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Alexander Pérez, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 60th minute, Pedro Morales got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 61 minutes into the game, Heraclides Palma was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. U21 Panama's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SAPRIMECKBEL the free kick. The supporters of SAPRIMECKBEL booed when U21 Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heraclides Palma didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute, Alfonso Mejias left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SAPRIMECKBEL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. U21 Panama's Alberto Jaen was substituted for Javier Garcia. In the 69th minute Alfonso Mejias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Pérez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alberto Jaen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to SAPRIMECKBEL getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Ladislao Asur hit a great ball. After 75 minutes SAPRIMECKBEL's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wilfredo Ramirez who took care of the corner kick. In the 77th minute, Wilfredo Ramirez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexander Pérez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Mejias in the 78th minute of the match. Frank Mora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Jaen in the 83rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Jaen in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frank Mora prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 87 minutes into the game, Alberto Jaen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Frank Mora was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jaime Quiros's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 90thth minute, Alexander Pérez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the SAPRIMECKBEL players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for U21 Panama.
