Spectators: 1028 (Terracing: 772, Seating: 236, VIP seats: 20) Raffique Rambachan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sanjiv Yorke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Anisimov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on U21 Kazakhstan's corner Nikolay Zazulin fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sanjiv Yorke quite easily take care of the ball. Felix Anisimov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Sanjiv Yorke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. David Tupihin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raffique Rambachan's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. David Tupihin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reyad Jorsling in the 20th minute of the match. After 23 played minutes U21 Kazakhstan got a freekick which was hit by Nikolay Zazulin. After 24 minutes, Dominic Connell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U21 Trinidad & Tobago and the U21 Kazakhstan players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to U21 Trinidad & Tobago getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Dominic Connell hit a great ball. Nikolay Zazulin hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raffique Rambachan in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg David Tupihin saved U21 Kazakhstan from getting behind. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Raffique Rambachan sped through U21 Kazakhstan's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of David Tupihin.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stanislav Korzhuev to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, U21 Trinidad & Tobago's Natasha Persaud got a free kick in the 56th minute. Sanjiv Yorke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Réver Nascimento in the 62nd minute of play. Raffique Rambachan kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. U21 Trinidad & Tobago's Sanjiv Yorke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislav Korzhuev in the 65th minute of play. Sanjiv Yorke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rostislav Vorobiev, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Raffique Hennessy didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 84th minute Stanislav Korzhuev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sanjiv Yorke saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to U21 Kazakhstan getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Felix Anisimov hit a great ball. Sanjiv Yorke came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by U21 Kazakhstan's Stanislav Korzhuev. But to his dismay, Stanislav Korzhuev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Raffique Rambachan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the U21 Kazakhstan defense, Ian Greenidge kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Tupihin. The U21 Kazakhstan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Tupihin should have stopped the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. U21 Trinidad & Tobago had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
