Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alfred Säv got the match started through his kick off. Sten Björk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tor Edberg in the 3rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tor Edberg in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sten Björk saved Blyth Spartans from getting behind. Christian Sjödin made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Lukas Hjeltman sent off a good shot on target. After taking down the ball on Blyth Spartans's corner Alfons Söderqvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Christian Sjödin quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to Blåränderna getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Simon Mellbad hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute Alfons Söderqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Sjödin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Blyth Spartans's Lukas Hjeltman in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sten Björk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jens-Ola Wikander, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Lukas Hjeltman struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Christian Sjödin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blyth Spartans. Sivert Lundin charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sivert Lundin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 43 played minutes Blyth Spartans got a freekick which was hit by Sivert Lundin. Jens-Ola Wikander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tor Edberg kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 48th minute of the match Alfons Söderqvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christian Sjödin skillfully saved the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jens-Ola Wikander stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lukas Hjeltman's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christian Sjödin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Alfons Söderqvist got a throw-in 55 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Vilhelm Blom. Christian Sjödin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukas Hjeltman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Blåränderna's Hannes Grönlund got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Jens-Ola Wikander was extremely unlucky when he, in the 66th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Blyth Spartans's goalkeeper Sten Björk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 88th minute Alfred Säv shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Sjödin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blåränderna's Jens-Ola Wikander got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Harald Nyman during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Harald Nyman hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match.
