Spectators: 205 (Terracing: 154, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) Emmanuel Cimbron started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Isaac Landeribar fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vanadio F.C.'s protests and gave Isaac Landeribar a yellow card for diving instead. After 6 played minutes Vanadio F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Landeribar. Frutos Cubas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siro Urbez in the 9th minute of the match. After 10 played minutes Les Tigres got a freekick which was hit by Vinicio Jon. After a rather tough play, Vanadio F.C.'s Eugenio Crujeiras got a free kick in the 12th minute. Vanadio F.C.'s Frutos Cubas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Su in the 15th minute of play. Frutos Cubas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Su, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Les Tigres's Siro Urbez got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Vanadio F.C.'s Narciso Vaz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paulino Lain. That made the score 1-0 after 23 minutes of play. Frutos Cubas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Urbez in the 38th minute of play. When Fausto Aimar came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Les Tigres fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Aimar couldn't finish the play. 46 minutes into the match, Les Tigres's goal looked a bit too open when Narciso Vaz came free, but Paulino Lain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Benito Su made the kick off in the second half. Paulino Lain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ikatz Noboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 56th minute, Emmanuel Cimbron made a precise shot to the right of Paulino Lain. Les Tigres's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. With a little luck, Vanadio F.C.'s Frutos Cubas got control of the ball when Fausto Aimar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Camilo Sansone hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Arotza Palafox took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paulino Lain. Les Tigres's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Vanadio F.C.'s Narciso Vaz, in the 69th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Vanadio F.C.. Narciso Vaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Estebe kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 76th minute of the match Isaac Landeribar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulino Lain skillfully saved the ball. Les Tigres's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
