Mauricio Abancens was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 6 minutes into the match. After 5 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for CON-E-CO! In the 7th minute there was a penalty for Real Marabino. Arnas Gobeo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Poz Erruz. 0-1. Dino Montejo charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dino Montejo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of CON-E-CO booed when Real Marabino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dino Montejo didn't get a good kick on the ball. CON-E-CO's Poz Erruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martxelin Capacho in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute, CON-E-CO's Generosb Prat dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. A collision led to Real Marabino getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Domiku Albasolo hit a great ball. After having played for 25 minutes, Louis Pasteur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Marabino's supporters crossed their fingers, but Louis Pasteur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Dino Montejo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. Dino Montejo kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Azibar Garzona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jimeno Agustin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Generosb Prat struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Jimeno Agustin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CON-E-CO. The supporters of CON-E-CO booed when Real Marabino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mambru Fontoya didn't get a good kick on the ball. Louis Pasteur scored 1-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Poz Erruz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After the first half Real Marabino were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Azibar Garzona to make the kick off. Jimeno Agustin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generosb Prat, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Real Marabino's zone, Generosb Prat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimeno Agustin came out of the goal and Generosb Prat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Real Marabino's Domiku Albasolo got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Real Marabino's Mariano Blanquel was substituted for Arnas Gobeo. Domiku Albasolo came free with the goalkeeper in the 70th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Poz Erruz could save by the left post. Ruy Fontano's late challenge caught a Real Marabino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ruy Fontano helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to CON-E-CO getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Ruy Fontano hit a great ball. The supporters of Real Marabino booed when CON-E-CO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruy Fontano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Poz Erruz made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Domiku Albasolo sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, CON-E-CO's Generosb Prat got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Domiku Albasolo got free with Poz Erruz in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 85th match minute, CON-E-CO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruy Fontano to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Real Marabino's Martxelin Capacho got a free kick in the 89th minute. The Real Marabino players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
