Dani Bodegas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Urbes Socobio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ramírez Beaga in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Urbes Socobio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 15 played minutes DT Quito got a freekick which was hit by Abel Miquel. In the 16th minute, Ramírez Beaga reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Urbes Socobio. The goal made the score 1-0. Urbes Socobio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramírez Beaga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dani Bodegas had several of the DT Quito's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 38 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Urbes Socobio as he didn't even see the shot coming. If Oswaldo Abendaño had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hao Chong Cheng hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Coyette Rescuro sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Escuadrón AntiSapos's Ronny Schöner didn't even have to move. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jacobo Gallaiztegui made a kick off. Urbes Socobio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramírez Beaga in the 52nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Escuadrón AntiSapos's Ramírez Beaga got a free kick in the 69th minute. Escuadrón AntiSapos were awarded a corner in the 99th minute after DT Quito's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hao Chong Cheng took the corner. Augusto Vandoma was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. There was no doubt that Escuadrón AntiSapos were the better team. Escuadrón AntiSapos's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
