After some careless play in the Tataia Patriots Club defense, Ejvind Frøding kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Blasco Betoño. The Tataia Patriots Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Blasco Betoño should have stopped the shot. Blasco Betoño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ejvind Frøding in the 6th minute of the match. Blasco Betoño took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Mijangos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Americo Tresgallo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Blasco Betoño was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. In the 14th minute, Javier Dominix made a precise shot to the right of Blasco Betoño. Tataia Patriots Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After having played for 17 minutes, Julian Mijangos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pichincha Sporting Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julian Mijangos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Pichincha Sporting Club's Americo Tresgallo in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 26 minutes of play, Pichincha Sporting Club's Ejvind Frøding made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Blasco Betoño was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ejvind Frøding scored 0-6 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Blasco Betoño, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Blasco Betoño came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Pichincha Sporting Club's Americo Tresgallo. But to his dismay, Americo Tresgallo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. In the 41st minute, Tadzio Ladrero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blasco Betoño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Tresgallo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Egoitz Sendin kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Americo Tresgallo to make the kick off. In the 53rdth minute of the game Ferrer Motel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tataia Patriots Club's Blasco Betoño was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tadzio Ladrero hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Tataia Patriots Club's Tadzio Ladrero got a free kick in the 55th minute. Blasco Betoño didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ejvind Frøding went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Blasco Betoño took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Tresgallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Pichincha Sporting Club's Ferrer Motel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Blasco Betoño. That made the score 0-10 after 71 minutes of play. The supporters of Pichincha Sporting Club booed when Tataia Patriots Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egoitz Sendin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Blasco Betoño stood somewhat misplaced when Americo Tresgallo came free in front of goal and shot 0-11 to the left of him in the 76 minute. Javier Dominix did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-12 to the left of a surprised Blasco Betoño 79 minutes into the match. Blasco Betoño was out of position in the 82 minute of play, and Ejvind Frøding capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ejvind Frøding really showed his touch with that goal: 0-13. In the 85th minute of the match, Ejvind Frøding got a very nice opportunity to score, but Blasco Betoño was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Blasco Betoño showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Americo Tresgallo in the 88th minute of the match. 于阳朋 received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Blasco Betoño came out and tried to block the shot, but 于阳朋 slotted it home off the left post making it 0-14 in the 89th minute. After 92 minutes of play, Pichincha Sporting Club's Javier Dominix made it 0-15 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Blasco Betoño was left in no man's land by his defense there! 94 minutes into the match, Americo Tresgallo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Blasco Betoño. Tataia Patriots Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Americo Tresgallo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-16. Pichincha Sporting Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
