After having played for 13 minutes, Gerónimo Cauffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PocosPeroLokos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gerónimo Cauffmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rogerio Mendizabal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clemencín Arriagada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gerónimo Cauffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, PocosPeroLokos's Julio Barroso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pau Acharan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The wind increased when Marino Basurto made the kick off in the second half. 59 minutes into the match, Gerónimo Cauffmann notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Quirihue's Pau Acharan. Pau Acharan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Mioño during the 63rd minute. Rogerio Mendizabal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marino Basurto, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Pau Acharan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Julio Barroso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Julio Barroso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
