Jose Rober was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gary Medel showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. 1-1 became the score in the 11th minute when Pol Pomar elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as PocosPeroLokos's Gary Medel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jose Rober. That made the score 2-1 after 16 minutes of play. With a little luck, Sacaya AFC's Jose Rober got control of the ball when Honorio Martínez de Aldunate tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jose Rober made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Christiano Aragón sent off a good shot on target. After 26 played minutes PocosPeroLokos got a freekick which was hit by Manuelo Landi. Demesio Livingstone didn't quite understand what happened when in the 28 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Julio Barroso hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christiano Almi in the 35th minute of play forced PocosPeroLokos's goalkeeper Oriol Maffioletti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jose Rober made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukas Bruno in the 39th minute of play. With a little luck, Sacaya AFC's Jose Rober got control of the ball when Christiano Aragón tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the PocosPeroLokos defense, Pol Pomar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oriol Maffioletti. The PocosPeroLokos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oriol Maffioletti should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christiano Almi to make the kick off. In the 55th match minute, Sacaya AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabi Mercado to maneuver through the defense. In the 56th minute, Lukas Bruno got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pol Pomar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jose Rober took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gary Medel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christiano Aragón received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jose Rober tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Oriol Maffioletti came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Sacaya AFC's Christiano Almi. But to his dismay, Christiano Almi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. With a little luck, PocosPeroLokos's Oriol Maffioletti got control of the ball when Christiano Almi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pol Pomar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Sacaya AFC booed when PocosPeroLokos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulco Clavel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pol Pomar struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Oriol Maffioletti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sacaya AFC. Christiano Almi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 89thth minute tested the skills of Oriol Maffioletti when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Uriel Mac Kenney fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored PocosPeroLokos's protests and gave Uriel Mac Kenney a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Sacaya AFC booed when PocosPeroLokos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uriel Mac Kenney didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gary Medel got his second yellow card in the match during the 92nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Gabi Mercado was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 95 minutes into the match. 94 minutes into the game, one of Sacaya AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
