In the 22nd minute Almir do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jano Neiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jano Neiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Almir do Valle in the 31st minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Amadeu Paulista left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Encano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Jano Neiva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ernani Veiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Asgeir Gjelstad scored 2-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oséas Duarte, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jano Neiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Denílson Brasil in the 42nd minute of play. Breno Cordeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ernani Veiga to strike the kick off in the second half. Sampdor's Jano Neiva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Sampdor from getting a goal against them. 54 minutes into the match, Sampdor's goal looked a bit too open when Ernani Veiga came free, but Jano Neiva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Encano's Ernani Veiga was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jano Neiva in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Jano Neiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernani Veiga in the 86th minute of play. In the 94th minute, Clóvis Pereira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
