Palmita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Raul Viil was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Raul Viil made a kick off. Basilio Artaldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Baltasar Montrel made a huge save. The supporters of Palmita booed when CA Defensores de Belgrano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Viil didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adriana Salomone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raul Viil went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Palmita's Adriana Salomone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Baumer in the 58th minute of play. After 60 minutes, Cristian Terciero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palmita and the CA Defensores de Belgrano players grew even worse after the yellow card. CA Defensores de Belgrano's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
