Mixto's Pablo Nerio got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Filiberto Kimetz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Ilazki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pablo Nerio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Arsenio Etxahun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ayapaso's supporters rose to their feet, but Arsenio Etxahun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filiberto Kimetz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When %teams%'s Cristian Ilazki was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 0-2 just inside the left pole, 63 minutes into the game. Filiberto Kimetz was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. In the 68th minute, Arsenio Etxahun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 72ndth minute of the game Pablo Nerio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ayapaso's Amadeo Gartzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Ayapaso getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ernesto Pabla hit a great ball. 81 minutes into the game, Rene Policarpio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Filiberto Kimetz. Rene Policarpio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Amadeo Gartzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Pacifico, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Cristian Ilazki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Mixto getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Saul Christobal hit a great ball. Ernesto Pabla was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 91st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Mixto's Danilo Pacifico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amadeo Gartzi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Pablo Nerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Amadeo Gartzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ayapaso walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
