The supporters of MADERO CITY booed when river b was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Berto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Amadeo Rainerio in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wilfredo Lauaxeta saved river b from getting behind. Hugo Berto hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. When Amadeo Rainerio fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MADERO CITY's protests and gave Amadeo Rainerio a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes MADERO CITY got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Rainerio. Moises Iratxo's late challenge caught a river b's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Moises Iratxo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to MADERO CITY getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Moises Iratxo hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Hugo Berto kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gaspar Guipuzkoa. That made the score 2-2 in the 77 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in river b's zone, Amadeo Rainerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilfredo Lauaxeta came out of the goal and Amadeo Rainerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. MADERO CITY's attentive Joaquin Banegas managed to snatch the ball when Maximino Lluterio made a throw-in in the 88th minute of the game. If Moises Iratxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MADERO CITY were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
