The coaching staff of TRANSPORTE PEPO protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Modesto Diaz had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 17th minute, one of TRANSPORTE PEPO:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for TRANSPORTE PEPO. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Amadeo Rainerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. MADERO CITY's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Rainerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celestino Jordy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Moises Iratxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moises Iratxo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celestino Jordy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ciro Jakobe to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st match minute, TRANSPORTE PEPO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Fagondo to maneuver through the defense. 59 minutes into the match, Matias Guillem had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celestino Jordy. TRANSPORTE PEPO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matias Guillem was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Moises Iratxo managed to get in a good position for a shot. MADERO CITY's supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Iratxo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The supporters of MADERO CITY booed when TRANSPORTE PEPO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Jakobe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Moises Iratxo struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Celestino Jordy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MADERO CITY. Amadeo Rainerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 83 minutes into the game, Matias Ganix was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TRANSPORTE PEPO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MADERO CITY the free kick. After a rather tough play, TRANSPORTE PEPO's Matias Ganix got a free kick in the 84th minute. 88 minutes into the match, TRANSPORTE PEPO's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Iratxo came free, but Celestino Jordy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Celestino Jordy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Iratxo in the 89th minute of play. If Moises Iratxo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
