Gualterio Madeo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Odontoclasto. 13 minutes into the game, Rafael Birila was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palmas F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Odontoclasto the free kick. After a rather tough play, Palmas F.C.'s Rafael Birila got a free kick in the 14th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anselmo Gar in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gualterio Madeo saved Palmas F.C. from getting behind. Gualterio Madeo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Edur in the 17th minute of the match. Aristides Edur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, Palmas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Edur came free, but Gualterio Madeo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gualterio Madeo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Edur in the 28th minute of the match. If Aristides Edur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Odontoclasto's goalkeeper Amado Katia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gabriel Rocio was shown his second yellow card after 39 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 39th match minute, Odontoclasto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabriel Rocio to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Odontoclasto's zone, Rafael Birila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amado Katia came out of the goal and Rafael Birila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd match minute, Palmas F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Errando to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Rafael Birila took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Amado Katia to make any attempt to save it. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Alejo Harkaitz hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 87thth minute of the game Rafael Birila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Odontoclasto's Amado Katia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 91 minutes, Rafael Birila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palmas F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Birila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Anselmo Gar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Palmas F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Odontoclasto for a fine match.
