Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hernan Naldo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Melquiades Soter having to make a save. In the 6th minute, Godofredo Santio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victorino Olayo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Tiburones's Iker Indartsu got a free kick in the 10th minute. When Amado Domenec came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Tiburones fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amado Domenec couldn't finish the play. Agote's Melquiades Soter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Domenec in the 13th minute of play. Hernan Naldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Melquiades Soter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Agote's zone, Hernan Naldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Soter came out of the goal and Hernan Naldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Melquiades Soter came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Tiburones's Amado Domenec. But to his dismay, Amado Domenec quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Hernan Naldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Melquiades Soter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tiburones's Delmiro Mingo got a free kick in the 38th minute. Delmiro Mingo kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Amado Domenec made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Amado Domenec had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melquiades Soter. Agote's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amado Domenec was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hernan Naldo during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 58 played minutes Tiburones got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Naldo. 63 minutes into the game, Faustino Burutzagi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Agote's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tiburones the free kick. After a rather tough play, Agote's Faustino Burutzagi got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Faustino Burutzagi hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ambrosio Amato during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th minute, Amado Domenec made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Soter. Agote's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. In the 78th match minute, Agote was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Santio to maneuver through the defense. Agote's Melquiades Soter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Domenec in the 86th minute of play. If Godofredo Santio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isidoro Garaile was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 92 minutes into the match. Agote's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
