Aaron Gartzen blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amado Gerazan having to make a save. Lázaro Esiquio kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Benicio Ixona charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Benicio Ixona the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cipolleti booed when Gama AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Ixona didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Jorge Dunixi came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Cipolleti fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Dunixi couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Oroitz in the 19th minute of play forced Gama AFC's goalkeeper Inocencio Deunoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute Delmar Abadie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Deunoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inocencio Deunoro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Oroitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Candido Oroitz in the 29th minute of play forced Gama AFC's goalkeeper Inocencio Deunoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Amado Gerazan, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Cipolleti getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Albano Thomas hit a great ball. Cipolleti's Amado Gerazan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Cipolleti from getting a goal against them. Amado Gerazan made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Aaron Gartzen sent off a good shot on target. After 43 minutes, Virgilio Martinez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cipolleti and the Gama AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cipolleti getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Virgilio Martinez hit a great ball. After 44 minutes, Albano Thomas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cipolleti and the Gama AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute, one of Cipolleti:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cipolleti.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aaron Gartzen was the one to do the kick off. Amado Gerazan came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Gama AFC's Benicio Ixona. But to his dismay, Benicio Ixona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Benicio Ixona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amado Gerazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Ixona in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Benicio Ixona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amado Gerazan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Gartzen in the 67th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Candido Oroitz took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Inocencio Deunoro to make any attempt to save it. Amado Gerazan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Ellande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gama AFC were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after Cipolleti's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Inocencio Librado took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Inocencio Librado got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Amado Gerazan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 76 minutes into the match, Modesto Ellande notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Cipolleti's Amado Gerazan. Amado Gerazan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 79 minutes into the match, Cipolleti's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Gartzen came free, but Amado Gerazan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amado Gerazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benicio Ixona in the 80th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Aaron Gartzen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gama AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aaron Gartzen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amado Gerazan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 89 minutes into the match, Cipolleti's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Gartzen came free, but Amado Gerazan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Candido Oroitz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Inocencio Deunoro. That made the score 4-2 in the 90 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Raimundo Abascal in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inocencio Deunoro saved Gama AFC from getting behind. In the 96th minute, Aaron Gartzen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gama AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cipolleti players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Gama AFC.
