Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Candido Oroitz got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Cipolleti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Genaro Tonete to maneuver through the defense. Cipolleti's Amado Gerazan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaston Chayo in the 7th minute of play. 10 minutes into the game, Adrian Ritchie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bermejo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cipolleti the free kick. A collision led to Bermejo getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Adrian Ritchie hit a great ball. 11 minutes into the game, Delmar Abadie cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Carlos Jax was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jorge Dunixi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Dunixi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Carlos Jax tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jorge Dunixi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Jax having to interfere. Carlos Jax made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Dunixi in the 32nd minute of play. Carlos Jax stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Candido Oroitz's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. If Delmar Abadie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amado Gerazan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulo Isauro went, in the 48th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adrian Ritchie to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the game, Primitivo Macario was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The supporters of Cipolleti booed when Bermejo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Macario didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Jax took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Abadie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Bermejo's zone, Jorge Dunixi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Jax came out of the goal and Jorge Dunixi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adrian Ritchie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Amado Gerazan having to make a save. Candido Oroitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Ritchie in the 72nd minute of play forced Cipolleti's goalkeeper Amado Gerazan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 75th minute, Candido Oroitz made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Jax. Bermejo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Amado Gerazan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Ritchie in the 78th minute of the match. Primitivo Macario hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 85th match minute, Bermejo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Ritchie to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute, Candido Oroitz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlos Jax was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Gaston Chayo charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaston Chayo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Cipolleti booed when Bermejo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaston Chayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jorge Dunixi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Carlos Jax tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that Cipolleti were the better team. Cipolleti's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
