The Llacuna Fútbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Silverio Otsoko fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Llacuna Fútbol Club's protests and gave Silverio Otsoko a yellow card for diving instead. In the 21st match minute, Llacuna Fútbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silverio Otsoko to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Llacuna Fútbol Club's Leopoldo Oinaz got control of the ball when Tobias Delfino tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Llacuna Fútbol Club's zone, Tadeo Chumo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. After the first half Llacuna Fútbol Club were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

54 minutes in the game, Alvar Lluc fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ramiro Rencio having to interfere. If Ciriaco Ponc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Eulalio Kelemen came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Llacuna Fútbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eulalio Kelemen couldn't finish the play. The tension between the Obrero Dique de Barda and the Llacuna Fútbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Alvar Lluc scored 1-6 in the 99th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramiro Rencio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over Llacuna Fútbol Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Obrero Dique de Barda throughout the match.
