Asaditos CRSN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Candelaria FC the free kick. Anibal Dalmu hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Anibal Dalmu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Ihazintu having to interfere. Venancio Ihazintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Dalmu, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Osvaldo Vasco struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Zacarias Roldan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Candelaria FC. Osvaldo Vasco's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Zacarias Roldan firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 17th minute Gabriel Illart shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Ihazintu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anibal Dalmu in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Venancio Ihazintu saved Candelaria FC from getting behind. Gabriel Illart struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Venancio Ihazintu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Asaditos CRSN. The audience was convinced that Lisandro Diaz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Venancio Ihazintu was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. In the 27thth minute of the game Ruben Filipo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Candelaria FC's Venancio Ihazintu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Venancio Ihazintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Dalmu in the 28th minute of play. Venancio Ihazintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Dalmu, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Candelaria FC's Venancio Ihazintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Dalmu in the 31st minute of play. When Asaditos CRSN's Ruben Filipo in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The crowd rose to their feet as Osvaldo Vasco kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Zacarias Roldan. That made the score 1-0 in the 45 minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Erroman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Cecilio Iaki was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Asaditos CRSN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Candelaria FC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Asaditos CRSN fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! 57 minutes into the game, Carlos Erroman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Zacarias Roldan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 60th minute, Osvaldo Vasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Candelaria FC's Carlos Erroman got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Venancio Ihazintu came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Asaditos CRSN's Ruben Filipo. But to his dismay, Ruben Filipo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Ruben Filipo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Venancio Ihazintu came out and tried to block the shot, but Ruben Filipo slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 67th minute. Osvaldo Vasco took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zacarias Roldan. Zacarias Roldan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. Zacarias Roldan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Erroman in the 76th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ruben Filipo in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Venancio Ihazintu saved Candelaria FC from getting behind. 81 minutes into the match, Candelaria FC's goalkeeper Venancio Ihazintu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lisandro Diaz. A collision led to Candelaria FC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Celso Bakar hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvaldo Vasco in the 84th minute of play forced Asaditos CRSN's goalkeeper Zacarias Roldan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Asaditos CRSN's goalkeeper Zacarias Roldan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 89 minutes into the game, Carlos Erroman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Candelaria FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
