Juan Carlos Olave showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferran Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. 19 minutes into the match, JERE F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Ferran Torres came free, but Juan Carlos Olave reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If 苏岩树 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 26 minutes into the game, JERE F.C.'s Denis Maju nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. 袁渊斌 made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Juan Carlos Olave took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Chayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Del Materno Vengo's 袁渊斌 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guaberto Jaunzuria in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Del Materno Vengo's Domingos Aires sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Carlos Olave narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Del Materno Vengo's Domingos Aires got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Danilo Licos short, quick shot in the 85thth minute got Juan Carlos Olave to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 袁渊斌 stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Celedonio Maiorga's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. JERE F.C.'s Juan Carlos Olave played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Cresencio in the 89th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Danilo Lico kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Juan Carlos Olave. That made the score 2-2 in the 92 minute of play.
