An unexpectedly hard shot by Llwyd Quarrier in the 4th minute of play forced Llandysul's goalkeeper Ardwyad Coffren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bercelak Kilboy fell near the penalty area in the 6th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Llandysul's protests and gave Bercelak Kilboy a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 6th minute of the game. One of Llandysul:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Llangollen:s goal. In the 8th minute there was a penalty for Llangollen. Dywel Bellew stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Ardwyad Coffren. 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Llandysul's Marrock Jordan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Seith Hatch narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Llangollen's Cadfael Donnelly got a free kick in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, Llangollen's goalkeeper Seith Hatch had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marrock Jordan. Ardwyad Coffren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Llwyd Quarrier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Ysgawyn Biddwell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Seith Hatch managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Llandysul's Marrock Jordan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Gruddyeu Coffren fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Llangollen's protests and gave Gruddyeu Coffren a yellow card for diving instead. Gruddyeu Coffren kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Ysgawyn Biddwell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Llandysul's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Llangollen the free kick. If Marrock Jordan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 42 minutes, Cadfael Donnelly mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Llangollen and the Llandysul players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dirmyg Deanly was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 43rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.

After having played for 53 minutes, Caledvwich Epps managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Llangollen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caledvwich Epps was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Llwyd Quarrier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ardwyad Coffren having to interfere. When Marrock Jordan came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Llandysul fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marrock Jordan couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Llangollen getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Siam Wainwright hit a great ball. Caledvwich Epps recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ysgawyn Biddwell was shown his second yellow card after 73 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Llandysul's Ysgawyn Biddwell got a free kick in the 74th minute. After a rather tough play, Llangollen's Siam Wainwright got a free kick in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Llangollen's goal looked a bit too open when Marrock Jordan came free, but Seith Hatch reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 84 minutes into the match, Llangollen's Dywel Bellew broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Marrock Jordan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Llandysul's supporters rose to their feet, but Marrock Jordan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seith Hatch breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Llandysul had won after a very even match.
