In the 5th minute of the match, Patrick Brough got a very nice opportunity to score, but Wally Holdcroft was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 10 minutes into the match, Bouvine FC's goalkeeper Wally Holdcroft had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Patrick Brough. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bouvine FC's goalkeeper Wally Holdcroft, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Bouvine FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Simon Hutchinson hit a great ball. Patrick Brough could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Wally Holdcroft made a huge save. Wally Holdcroft was a little too slow when Matty Nicholson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 1-0. If Patrick Brough had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paddy Flack kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Al Ansell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th minute, Skadoosh !'s Patrick Brough dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. A hard shot by Paddy Flack from long distance, 43 minutes into the match, got Wally Holdcroft's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side.

Jerry Hooker charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jerry Hooker the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 54 played minutes Skadoosh ! got a freekick which was hit by Jerry Hooker. 59 minutes into the match, Bouvine FC's goal looked a bit too open when Matty Nicholson came free, but Wally Holdcroft reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the match, Bouvine FC's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Brough came free, but Wally Holdcroft reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Craig Cole came out of the goal and Al Ansell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Al Ansell's late challenge caught a Skadoosh !'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Al Ansell helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Bouvine FC's Al Ansell got a free kick in the 97th minute. Skadoosh !'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
