Spectators: 7069 (Terracing: 5250, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) Hans Fredriksson made the kick off and thus started the match. 3 minutes into the game, Bastuträsk's Jens-Ola Larsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arne Njurenius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Jonas Kalfhage came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Kungsbacka United's Bo Hansson. But to his dismay, Bo Hansson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Hans Fredriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Njurenius having to interfere. A collision led to Kungsbacka United getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Kurt Joensson hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kungsbacka United's zone, Jens-Ola Larsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arne Njurenius came out of the goal and Jens-Ola Larsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute Börje Aspengren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Kalfhage saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Hans Fredriksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jens-Ola Larsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arne Njurenius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Jens-Ola Larsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arne Njurenius was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Börje Aspengren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arne Njurenius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jens-Ola Larsson in the 28th minute. The audience was convinced that Börje Aspengren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonas Kalfhage was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. With a little luck, Kungsbacka United's Arne Njurenius got control of the ball when Jens-Ola Larsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arne Njurenius stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hans Fredriksson's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Börje Aspengren to make the kick off. Hans Fredriksson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arne Njurenius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Jens-Ola Larsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Njurenius having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Hans Fredriksson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arne Njurenius was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Bernt Svensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 minutes of play, Kungsbacka United's Bo Hansson made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonas Kalfhage was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Hans Fredriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arne Njurenius made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ola Larsson in the 67th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bo Hansson in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonas Kalfhage saved Bastuträsk from getting behind. In the 71st minute, Bastuträsk's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Börje Aspengren fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Arne Njurenius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Fredriksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonas Kalfhage came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Kungsbacka United's Bo Hansson. But to his dismay, Bo Hansson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. When Bo Hansson came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Kungsbacka United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bo Hansson couldn't finish the play. Jens-Ola Larsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Njurenius having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Kungsbacka United's Lars-Erik Lustig got a free kick in the 92nd minute. If Hans Fredriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
