Arne Njurenius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Krister Nyman, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. When Lukas FC's Elias Hermansson in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kungsbacka United's goalie prevented a goal. Arne Njurenius came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Lukas FC's Elias Hermansson. But to his dismay, Elias Hermansson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Elias Hermansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Njurenius having to interfere. If Elias Hermansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 minutes of play, Lukas FC's Krister Nyman made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arne Njurenius was left in no man's land by his defense there! 44 minutes into the match, Lukas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nils Mager came free, but Alfred Landin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charlie Fransson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Alfred Landin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nils Mager struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Alfred Landin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kungsbacka United. Pål Nordin hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nils Mager stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Edwin Jelm mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lukas FC and the Kungsbacka United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Elias Hermansson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Arne Njurenius when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Lukas FC's Pål Nordin pulled a muscle in his back after 68 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 68 minutes into the game, Börje Aspengren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kungsbacka United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lukas FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Kungsbacka United's Börje Aspengren got a free kick in the 69th minute. Alfred Landin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charlie Fransson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Charlie Fransson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Landin having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils Mager in the 78th minute of play forced Lukas FC's goalkeeper Alfred Landin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Östen Andberg charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Östen Andberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Östen Andberg hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Kungsbacka United's Arne Njurenius got control of the ball when Elias Hermansson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 84th minute of the match, Elias Hermansson got a very nice opportunity to score, but Arne Njurenius was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 90th match minute, Kungsbacka United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bo Hansson to maneuver through the defense. The Lukas FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lukas FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
