The supporters of Online Woop booed when Skrellen Kings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lennart Skeide didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ladislav Salaj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Magne Tomter's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Ladislav Salaj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edvard Myller in the 17th minute. Kenneth Rugland kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Alf-Inge Wallin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Online Woop's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skrellen Kings the free kick. In the 20th match minute, Online Woop was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alf-Inge Wallin to maneuver through the defense. The tension between the Online Woop and the Skrellen Kings players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kenneth Rugland hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexander Sandvær in the 44th minute of play forced Skrellen Kings's goalkeeper Björn Borg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexander Sandvær stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Skrellen Kings got a freekick which was hit by Ole-Kristian Svendsen. Björn Borg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ken Gjertsen in the 55th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Ken Gjertsen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Online Woop's supporters rose to their feet, but Ken Gjertsen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Björn Borg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alexander Sandvær sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alf-Inge Wallin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ken Gjertsen came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Online Woop fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ken Gjertsen couldn't finish the play. Many of Online Woop's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Online Woop may have spent more time on the ball, but Skrellen Kings were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
