Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Attila Csontos made the kick off and thus started the match. Tivadar Sipos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Aurél Gulyás tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 4th minute, Péter Dósa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Marci FK defense, Attila Csontos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Endre Ferenczy. The Marci FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Endre Ferenczy should have stopped the shot. After 14 minutes of play, Marci FK's Zsolt Barta made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aurél Gulyás was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aurél Gulyás made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tivadar Sipos in the 18th minute of play. Aurél Gulyás came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Marci FK's Tivadar Sipos. But to his dismay, Tivadar Sipos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 23rd match minute, Mórahalom was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fülöp Baranyi to maneuver through the defense. When Tivadar Sipos came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Marci FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tivadar Sipos couldn't finish the play. Attila Csontos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mórahalom's Renátó Ballai got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mórahalom's Aurél Gulyás played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tivadar Sipos in the 38th minute of play. Tivadar Sipos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zsolt Barta in the 46th minute of play forced Mórahalom's goalkeeper Aurél Gulyás to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tivadar Sipos to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Róbert Soltész hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 57 minutes into the match, Marci FK's Tivadar Sipos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aurél Gulyás narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Mórahalom's Aurél Gulyás got control of the ball when Balázs Horváth tried to sneak it across the goal line. Endre Ferenczy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attila Csontos, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Mórahalom's Aurél Gulyás played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ede Benkó in the 68th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zsolt Barta got free with Aurél Gulyás in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aurél Gulyás showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tivadar Sipos, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 86 minutes into the match, Mórahalom's goal looked a bit too open when Ede Benkó came free, but Aurél Gulyás reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute Tivadar Sipos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurél Gulyás saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Péter Dósa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over Marci FK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mórahalom throughout the match.
