Bánk Mónos started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute, Iza Keresztes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Bertold Virág had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bánk Mónos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Breno Severo made a huge save. In the 9th minute, Miklós Bogdán hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11thth minute of the game Bánk Mónos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nagyrábé LC's Breno Severo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Nagyrábé LC defense, Bánk Mónos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Breno Severo. The Nagyrábé LC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Breno Severo should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Bertold Virág's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Iwan Jazowski was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. 27 minutes into the match, Nagyrábé LC's goal looked a bit too open when Bánk Mónos came free, but Breno Severo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Nagyrábé LC booed when Szombathelyi HALADÁS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balázs Veres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nagyrábé LC's Breno Severo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Nagyrábé LC from getting a goal against them. Iwan Jazowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bertold Virág's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute, Bánk Mónos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Breno Severo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bánk Mónos in the 35th minute of play. A well placed Bánk Mónos short distance shot in the 37th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Bánk Mónos struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Breno Severo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Szombathelyi HALADÁS. The referee gave Nagyrábé LC a penalty, 43 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Áron Nyitrai, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Szombathelyi HALADÁS's Iwan Jazowski. 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

52 minutes into the match, Bánk Mónos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Breno Severo. Nagyrábé LC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bánk Mónos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 65 minutes into the match, Nagyrábé LC's goal looked a bit too open when Bánk Mónos came free, but Breno Severo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 65 minutes into the game, Bánk Mónos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Breno Severo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Breno Severo came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Szombathelyi HALADÁS's Iza Keresztes. But to his dismay, Iza Keresztes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. Breno Severo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Balázs Veres, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Szombathelyi HALADÁS made a substitution. Carlos Sócrates replaced Alfréd Csank. After 74 minutes Nagyrábé LC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Iza Keresztes who took care of the corner kick. Breno Severo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from István Véber, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Balázs Veres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Breno Severo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute Szombathelyi HALADÁS were awarded a corner. Iza Keresztes went to the cornerflag to take it. Ede Détári charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ede Détári the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 86th minute of the game. One of Nagyrábé LC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Szombathelyi HALADÁS:s goal. In the 87th minute there was a penalty for Szombathelyi HALADÁS. Iza Keresztes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Breno Severo. 6-1. After a rather tough play, Nagyrábé LC's Zsolt Pádár got a free kick in the 94th minute.
