Zenobio Born recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Im Schöll's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Manuel Igelbüscher scored to the left of an out of position Heiner Traband, making the score, 1-0. The long shot by Achmed Klöck in the 19th minute really tested Heiner Traband's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Zenobio Born's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Heiner Traband firmly grabbed it by the left post. Giacomo Otabo kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Folker Springfeld in the 26th minute of play forced Padberg FSV's goalkeeper Oliver Bolle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Im Schöll getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Giacomo Otabo hit a great ball. Johannes Tepper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Padberg FSV's Oliver Bolle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Folker Springfeld in the 39th minute of play. 43 minutes into the game, Im Schöll's Johannes Tepper nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oliver Bolle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1.

The wind increased when Manuel Igelbüscher made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Johannes Tepper managed to get in a good position for a shot. Im Schöll's supporters rose to their feet, but Johannes Tepper was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oliver Bolle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Johannes Tepper struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Oliver Bolle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Im Schöll. 64 minutes into the match, Padberg FSV's goal looked a bit too open when Giacomo Otabo came free, but Oliver Bolle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by Padberg FSV's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eibo Willsch was slow to take the kick. During this time Im Schöll's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Im Schöll's corner Eibo Willsch fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Oliver Bolle quite easily take care of the ball. Heiner Traband took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Igelbüscher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Im Schöll's Folker Springfeld slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Oliver Bolle. That made the score 1-2 after 77 minutes of play. In the 81st match minute, Padberg FSV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Uwe Bernberich to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Johannes Tepper managed to get in a good position for a shot. Im Schöll's supporters rose to their feet, but Johannes Tepper was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The Im Schöll players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
